Terms & Conditions

1) JUNCTION AREA SELLERS PAY ONLY 3.50%

To qualify, seller must own a property within the boundaries of TRREB’s Junction Area or High Park North communities.

2) SELLERS OUTSIDE THE JUNCTION PAY ONLY 4.00%

To qualify, seller must own a property within the limits of the city of Toronto.

3a) JUNCTION AREA SELLERS ALSO BUYING PAY ONLY 3.00%

To qualify, (1) seller must own a property within the boundaries of TRREB’s Junction Area or High Park North communities, (2) seller must sign a buyer representation agreement concurrently with listing agreement.
Should seller not purchase a property within 3 months following the date upon which the sale of their home became unconditional, seller shall pay an additional .5% such that the total commission paid on the sale of their home is equivalent to 3.5%.

3b) SELLERS OUTSIDE THE JUNCTION ALSO BUYING PAY ONLY 3.50%

To qualify, (1) seller must own a property within the limits of the city of Toronto, (2) seller must sign a buyer representation agreement concurrently with listing agreement.
Should seller not purchase a property within 3 months following the date upon which the sale of their home became unconditional, seller shall pay an additional .5% such that the total commission paid on the sale of their home is equivalent to 4.0%.

4) FLAT RATE COMMISSION

1) 30% JUNCTION BUYER KICK BACK

To qualify, buyer must purchase a property within the boundaries of TRREB’s Junction Area or High Park North communities.

2) 20% HOME BUYER KICK BACK

To qualify, buyer must purchase a property within the limits of the city of Toronto.

TRREB refers to Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
